Arriving goods are unloaded and received at the Goods Inwards. If goods arrive before the official moving-in date they are placed in storage, so that the construction of the coming exhibition is not prevented. The cost of this is debited the exhibitor according to the current price list.

If you have the possibility of co-ordinating transports during moving-in you can avoid extra storage and handling costs. When the exhibition has been built up and official moving-in is permitted the stored or arriving goods are driven into the exhibition hall.
