Champagne bar made of ice with Josephine Edelskog!
We want to give our visitors the opportunity to try out a wide selection of Champagnes and sparkling wines from many different importers.
In collaboration with Josephine Edelskog and Munskänkarna we will build a champagne bar made of ice.
The renowned sommelier and author Josephine Edelskog is the only woman in the Nordic countries with the title Dame de Officier. Josephine also holds the Medoc order in Bordeaux, is knight of Champagne and the author of "Champagne: din guide till njutning" ("Champagne: your guide to pleasure").
In the ice bar Josephine will convey the delight of champagne, arouse curiosity and trigger ourn visitors’ passion for flavor and aroma.
