Increased moving in and moving out times

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EARLIER MOVING IN
To create the best possible working conditions for you as an exhibitor and the staff at Stockholmsmässan, it is important to follow these instructions and rules. Stockholmsmässan assumes no financial responsibility for costs incurred by any delays.

All technical services inc. goods handling shall be ordered in advance, as they can not be ordered on-site during the earlier moving in period.
Stockholmsmässan can not guarantee that any technical products and services are delivered during earlier moving in
No material may be stored in the surrounding stands or in the aisles.
No welding or cutting operations may be carried out in the halls without permission. Permission is given by the Security Manager.
Please follow the instructions given by the guard personnel or responsible person of the halls regarding transportation and parking of vehicles.
The opening hours of the halls are 7 am - 4 pm weekdays and holidays. Work carried out outside of official moving in/out hours will be charged a fee of SEK 240/hour/stand.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on the premises at any time during the moving in and moving out.

Earlier moving in or longer moving out times may be granted in exceptional case. Click on the link to the right to get to the application form. The application form can be sent in via e-mail to: earliermovingin@stockholmsmassan.se or

If the application is granted, the fee is SEK 1 160/stand/day.

Work carried out outside of official moving in/out hours may be granted by Security Manager at Stockholmsmässan e-mail: security@stockholmsmassan.se, tel: +46 8 749 42 12 or fax: +46 8 99 66 36. Exhibitors will be charged a fee of SEK 240/hour/stand.
